PRISM Therapy - Online Therapy Web App

Our client contacted our team with a request to build a web application that will help patients quickly and easily find therapists based on their needs and requirements and get consultations in one of two convenient formats.
The project consisted of two parts. The first included developing a web app, while the second involved creating a related website.
Solution
We developed a web application to match patients with suitable therapists, aiming to simplify the process of finding the right professional. The solution was built entirely from scratch.

- Users complete a free online assessment to be matched with suitable therapists.
- They receive a list of 3 potential therapists and choose the interaction format: video therapy or live text chat.
- App integrations include Stripe for secure online transactions and Agora for seamless video sessions.
- Notifications are sent to therapists and patients about session bookings, rescheduling, or cancellations.
- The website provides information about online therapy and the project.
- User accounts allow booking, rescheduling, and payment for appointments, with access to billing and session history.
- Therapist accounts include calendars, user views, and session history, with access to earnings via Stripe.
